Hi backers,
Some updates on progress:
We have finally received the printed instructions from the printers. We faced a significant delay in receiving the instructions as the printing agency was forced to close early on a daily basis and operate with reduced strength due to the COVID curfews being implemented.
She decided that the stacked cartons made a good reading nook.
All that remains now is to insert these instructions booklets into the packed kits ( around 1500 kits)

Due to massive increase in daily infection rates, we have now entered a total lock down which is scheduled to last for at-least two weeks. Only essential services are allowed during this time. It was tough but we had to send our employees to their hometowns.
Although, we are fortunate enough to live in the same building as our workshop and therefore we will be able to continue the work, but without the support of our team who are working from home. We are also fortunate that 98% of the production was complete before the lockdown.
We will use this lockdown to get the shipment ready and once restrictions are lifted we will be able to ship both the rewards. We apologize for the delays and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Our Packing Process

As we get closer to shipping, we thought it might be interesting to show you, our backers a part of our quality control process.
In an effort to eliminate packing errors in our kits we have adopted a very stringent quality control system:
Each and every frame is visually inspected for errors and then checked against a template to ensure no parts are missing.
After this every frame/sprue that is packed into a kit is photographed to ensure only the right frame is packed in the correct sequence and to also ensure that no defective part gets packed. These photographs are then archived in sets , each with its own unique serial number.
In the highly unlikely event you do get a kit with missing or damaged parts please get in touch with us and we will be happy to provide you with replacement parts at no cost.
Shipping of the Feb Rewards

Hi Feb Backers,
We are sorry to keep you waiting for an update on the shipping. We have been experiencing some bottle necks that have resulted in a delay in shipping your rewards to you. These bottle necks are a result of us spending additional time during the packing process to ensure you have the best possible experience when you receive your kits. We have faced several issues that have contributed to the delay:
1) Bottle necks in the packing process as we ran out of floor space in our studio to store the packed cartons.
2) As a result of your generous backing we were able to grow our team rapidly within a short time period; however this brought with it, its own challenges vis-a-vis training as well as the need to maintain social distancing, which inadvertently resulted in some delays early on.
3) We are facing some delays from 3rd party vendors (printing of box sleeves and instructions) due to the pandemic, but we’re hoping things would start move faster now that vaccinations are on in full swing for the general public.
If things progress the way they are currently we should have the Feb rewards packed and ready to ship by the 1st week of April
Backers in US/Canada, UK/EU, Australia/New Zealand will have their rewards shipped to a fulfillment agency in their respective regions ,which has a transit time of 3 to 5 weeks depending on region.
Our fulfillment agents are:
for US/Canada - Gamerati LLC in Lakewood, Washington
For EU/UK- V-Games in Athens, Greece
For NZ/Australia - Aetherworks in South Hurstville, NSW
Once the fulfillment agent has received the consignment, it should take approximately seven working days for you to receive your parcel.
Backers in South East Asia and South America will have their shipments sent directly to them by the 1st week of April. Transit time for these direct shipments is 3 to 5 weeks.

Its been a while since our last update. We faced some hiccups with production out the gate but now things are chugging along at a steady pace. Below are some photos showing our design studio and workshop:

Reminder- Poll - Instructions format

Hi Backers,
Just a gentle reminder to participate in the poll to determine the format of the instructions.
The production for the Feb rewards is complete and we are on the verge of having to print the instructions.
So far the results are in favour of pdf format instructions, but it is not a clear majority. We would only be comfortable issuing pdf instructions if a clear majority vote for it.
